March Victoria, Mel B and Mel C
audition for a new girl group that was advertised
in the showbiz paper "The Stage".

They
get through along with another girl
"Michelle" Geri missed the audition and
later rang the auditioners and got herself
through to the next audtion and makes the group |

Later in 94 The girls all move into a
house in Maidenhead and begin rehershing and
having vocal and dance training. But all isn't
well and Michelle leaves the group - paving the
way for Emma to join.

The
girls continue to reherse etc and later, after
seeing how much interest they had in them and the
fact that they weren't happy with their
management, they leave Maidenhead and manage
themselves for awhile. |

The girls sign up with Simon
Fuller to manage their careers - which in turn
gets them a record deal with Virgin. |

April The girls shoot the video
for their first single Wannabe
|
 |
July Wannabe is released, goes
to number 1 and sells over 1,000,000 copies in
the UK alone.

August Wannabe is released in
Australia and goes to #1

September The girls shoot the video
for their second single Say You'll Be There in
the MoJave Desert in California.

October Say You'll Be There is
released, goes to number 1

November Spice - the girls debut
album is released - and, as usual, goes to #1. It
ends up selling over 24, 000,000 copies.

December 2 Become 1 is released,
goes to #1 and becomes the girls first Christmas

February 22 The girls perform at the
1997 Brit Awards. They steal the show and also
win 2 awards.

Do You Think You Are, which continues their run
of #1 hits.

April The girls do their first
live TV performance on US sketch show Saturday
Night Live. They also release their first
official book.

The girls
perform at the Royal Variety Performance and meet
Prince Charles.

May 12 The girls head to Cannes
to announce plans for a Spice Girls movie. They
dazzle fans & media alike.

June - August The girls spend their
days filming "Spiceworld - The Movie"
and recording their second album.

September The girls perform at the
MTV Music Video Awards - and win a couple of
awards too! They also film the video for Spice Up
Your Life.

October Spice Up Your Life is
released and becomes the girls 5th consecutive #1
single. The girls also perform their first full
length concert to competition winners in Istanbul

November The girls head to South
Africa to perform at a charity event and meet
Nelson Mendela and Prince Harry.

November The girls second album
Spiceworld is released and becomes their second
#1 album. It sells over 15, 000, 000.

Much is released and goes to #1 - the girls 6th
consecutive #1 single and their second
consecutive Christmas #1.

Anniversary Gala (The Royal Gala) & meet the
Queen.

London Premiere of their movie - Spiceworld - The

10 The girls touch down in
Australia and attend the Spiceworld - The Movie

11 - 12 The girls head to Melbourne for
their last stop on their brief Aussie tour.

May 31 Geri releases a statement
saying that she has left the group. The remaining
girls release a statement saying that they will
continue as a four piece.

June 4 The girls perform with
Pavarotti at his annual "War Child"
charity event just days after Geri left the band.

July Viva Forever is released
and enters the charts at #1. The girls 7th #1

until September. The press also announce that
Victoria and Mel B are expecting their first
babies.

first Spice wedding when Melanie B marries Jimmy
Gulzar.

of their careers - 50,000 sreaming fans cheer
them on at Wembley Stadium. Mel B becomes the

off after their World Tour and gear up for the

projects - MB releases "Word Up", G.
releases her debut single "Look At Me"

July 4 England gets it's new
Royal family when Victoria Adams marries David
Beckham in Ireland. The remaining Spice Girls
attend.

July - November The girls all concentrate
on their own thing - Emma hosts her own show on
VH1 "Emma" and releases her first solo
single "What I Am",

Mel
B hosts a show "Pure Naughty" and also
records her debut album. Geri Releases her second single
"Mi Chico Latino" which goes to #1 and
her second sing;e "Lift Me Up" which
also goes to #1,

"Northern Star" with the first 2
singles "Goin' Down" and "Nothern
Star" entering the charts at #4. The girls
do some recording at Abby Road studios in August

Rumours
of reunions plague the girls for 4 years starting
with the Reunion Dinner in 2003 up till Bluebells
Christening in April 07. In between there where
rumours the girls would reunite for Live 8, A
German Greatest Hits and on an on and on. |

28 After being apart as a 5 piece for
9 years, the 5 girls reunite to announce a
Reunion Tour, Greatest Hits album and
Documentary.

"Return Of The Spice Girls" show
performing in Vancouver, San Jose, Los Angeles,
Las Vegas, London, Cologne, Madrid, Manchester,
Boston, Montreal Toronto, Long Island, Newark,
East Rutherford, Chicago, Detroit, New York,
Philadelphia & Washington. The performed a
total of 47 shows and saying goodbye to their
fans.
